We will also enjoy a spacious yoga studio for our private use, complete with all the nourishing props to allow for deep, restorative release. The yummy props include comfortable seating, bolsters, meditation pillows in a myriad of sizes & shapes and blankets. 

You will have ample free time built into each day to enjoy the facilities. You can also take advantage of the free transport to take you to the nearby beach that is a snorkeling haven guaranteed to invigorate your senses. 

Pemuteran itself has an authentic Balinese village with shops and cafes that you can also enjoy and to bring home that special treasure!

Your retreat experience would not be complete without the support of the transformative practices uniquely facilitated by your two hosts and international retreat leaders Aurora and Grace. 

Having coached and supported 100’s of women across the globe you know you will be in good hands. Each day we are together we will focus on a particular theme that evolves over the week to create a transformational journey that is truly life-changing.

With daily meditations, workshops, sharing circles, contemplative and visioning practices, creative expression and ceremonies designed to uplift your spirit and to enable insights to clarify your way forward.

Over the week we will rise up to the apex experience of the 8*8*8 * (8th day of the 8th month of an 8 year) Lion’s Gate portal Ceremony. 

This is the energy that truly calls Aurora and Grace to be in Bali at this time. They have discovered that the ley lines that connect Mother Earth’s chakras or power centers across the planet have masculine and feminine lines that cross in only two places across the globe, one being in Bali.

Aurora & Grace strongly believe that a transformative shift is on the horizon, set to unfold on the auspicious 8*8*8. This paradigm shift holds immense potential for both women and Mother Earth alike.

Bali 8:8:8 ReNewal Retreat Itinerary

DAY 1 Friday, August 2 - INITIATE

Welcome, today we gather to commence the ReNewal Retreat in Ubud. The town of Ubud, in the uplands of Bali, Indonesia is known for its traditional crafts, jewelry and dance and is the yoga capital of the island. The surrounding Ubud district’s rainforest and terraced rice paddies dotted with temples and shrines are amongst some of Bali’s most famous landscapes. A shopping mecca and great eateries are also enjoyed here.

You will arrive at our 5-star hotel in Ubud to simply land and ground in.You will make your own way up from Denpasar Ngurah Rai International airport to the bustling center of Ubud where we will all meet for our first evening together. 

We can suggest a transport company for you to pre-book your travel from the airport to Ubud seing all participants will be arriving at separate times and from different locations. Ubud is a place you will want to explore so you may wish to also book some additional nights in Ubud as a pre-stay.

We will all enjoy dinner together in an amazing Ubud local Restaurant and overnight in Ubud at our luxury 5 star hotel.

DAY 2 Saturday, August 3 - PURIFY

After a morning meditation practice, a hearty breakfast and perhaps a swim in the sparkling pool, we will gather to formally open our ReNewal retreat with a conversation sharing circle. We will set the intentions for your time away, connect with your fellow travelers on the journey and you will receive an updated briefing for our time ahead.

We will then travel in air-conditioned comfort to the twin waterfalls at Taman Beji Griya Waterfall for our opening water PURIFY cleansing ceremony. After a blessing from the Balinese priest we will bathe in holy water and be purified under the twin waterfalls. In the first we will release something from our past and under the second waterfall you will call in your future dreams.

We then continue on for our three hour drive to Jeda Villas in Pemuteran, a remote corner on the North West of Bali known for offering some of the best diving and snorkeling on the island. Hugging the island’s northern coastline and flanking the West Bali National Park, Pemuteran is the ideal destination.

After a welcome drink and snack we will settle into our luxury villa for the afternoon before dinner and then enjoy an evening sharing circle & Yoga Nidra Restorative Meditation practice before bed.

DAY 3 Sunday August 4 - RELEASE

As you wake to the beauty and serenity of the grounds of the Jeda Retreat Center, you feel a sense of being held by the lush jungle and the majestic mountains that surround you. We will gather for our morning meditation and yoga/movement practice before our chef inspired breakfast.

Today we will be exploring the energy of RELEASE with transformative practices to help you to identify an area or aspect of your life or being that you are ready to let go of.

After lunch you will indulge in some free time to catch up on rest, read a book, swim in the pool or even take a trip into the village for a shop or ocean swim. Each participant will receive a massage during the week and you are welcome to order additional massages if you are being called for deeper indulgence.

In the afternoon we will continue with a transformative practice or creative endeavor to deepen your release.

Purifying Blessing at the Twin Waterfalls

DAY 4 Monday August 5 - RESTORE

We start our day of gentleness in the essence of RESTORE with a soothing meditation and gentle yin yoga practice. Understanding that this is our first full day at the retreat center, we will move slowly and gracefully through the itinerary today to allow your body and being to receive the comfort of true restoration.

We will prepare an experience of self nourishment today as our experiential practice and ensure plenty of free time to unwind and relax.

Today we visit the Melanting Temple (traders temple) where you will receive blessings for fortune and good luck for your business and for abundance. All attire and donations are included.

All meals are at the Villas cooked to perfection with our in-house chef.

DAY 5 Tuesday August 6- INSPIRE

We are now in the delicious rhythm of our daily Meditation and Yoga practices feeling a deeper connection to ourselves and each other. After breakfast we will sit together in a sharing circle igniting the essence of INSPIRE.

We then head off for our exciting, inspirational adventure together to Menjangen Island. Surrounded by unspoilt white sandy beaches, stunning coral reefs, and an enchanting underwater environment,

Menjangan Island is a perfect definition of what natural beauty is all about. This small island forms part of the West Bali National Park Conservation Area. The word "Menjangan" in the Javanese language means "Deer" which you most likely will see and its North Bali’s best kept secret.

We enter this natural resort by boat for some of the most exquisite snorkeling in all of Bali.If you are a diver you can opt to dive for an additional fee. We will provide a lunch box to keep you nourished and hydrated.

Tonight we gather to share what we have discovered throughout the day.

DAY 6 Wednesday August 7 - RISE

Feeling truly held by this magical place, our hearts are opening as we start our day with a Chakra Radiance Yoga practice as we RISE to a Higher perspective of who we are. Are you feeling it?

After a beautiful breakfast you will have some time to journal insights of what your heart truly desires. This will be a great foundation for our RISE transformative practice that we have in store for you today.

Your free time today will enable time just for you to be enjoyed exactly as you choose!

Later in the afternoon, you will get to invoke your inner artiste to create your own hand-painted silk scarf. Tuning into the Chakra colors that bring a sense of aliveness to you will be the palette of your new creation.

Celebrate Life together in Living Color 

DAY 7 Thursday August 8 - ACTIVATE 8*8*8

Our Meditation and Yoga or movement Practice today will be designed to move and ACTIVATE your senses, body and consciousness.

After breakfast we explore what is ready to activate in your life, your inner resources and your outer projects.

After your free time today you will take your time to adorn yourself for our closing ceremony that promises to uplift you and amplify your way forward.

We will experience the 8:8:8 ACTIVATE Lion’s Gate Portal Closing Ceremony together. A memorable once in a lifetime event. We will surprise and delight you!

Grace & Aurora Celebrating you

DAY 8 Friday August 9 - RADIATE

We wake today for our final meditation of the retreat together. Today’s movement practice is Ecstatic Dance, a way to express ourselves unapologetically without reservation, experiencing the freedom we have cultivated over the week. As we step into the essence of RADIATE, we clarify in our closing sharing circle, the way we will authentically express ourselves and our way forward when we return home.

Bidding our new sisters farewell we make our way back to the airport for our onward journey home with grateful hearts and a whole heap of Va Va Voom!
